Hello and hopefully this is the right forum section, When opening up Sony Vegas Pro I’ve tried doing some research on the issue and many people are saying it’s a Net Framework issue. I’ve tried installing and reinstalling the program, well as Net Framework.
I’m using Windows 7 and it’s Net Framework 4. It was working months ago, when I first got it, but haven’t used it since then until tonight. During working on project every few minutes program freezes and stops responding. And then of course when restarting and restoring from the auto-save I loose the progress. Very annoying. So if your output has to become not 4K but FHD let stay that size and change the framerate to 25 fps.
Vegas isn’t happy with Variable Bitrate: “Overall bit rate mode : Variable”. I have never known that Vegas does not like “Variable” bitrates. All my files have that and I never had a problem. Can you show me some place where that is written? What else are variable framerates that in older versions than the last 16 build gave some problems. Many write it. Only some problems with some plugins such as Legacy Stabilizer but the problem is known.
